Guide to making a purchase
Purchasing items from www.braocaffe.it is simple, quick and above all secure.

You can pay for your order by:
•    credit card
•    bank transfer

You can browse the online store to find all the information you need about any products you are interested in.

1. Adding a product to your Shopping Basket
Once you have decided which product you want to buy, click on 'PURCHASE' on the product information page. This will add the product to your Shopping Basket, and you can carry on browsing the site. To add any other products you are interested in to your Shopping Basket, just repeat the same step. You are not obliged to buy all the products that you have added to your Shopping Basket: before you confirm your order, you are free at any stage to modify the quantities, or remove some or even all of the products you have placed in your Shopping Basket.

2. Managing your Shopping Basket
You can view the products that have selected by clicking on the arrow underneath the blue graphic containing the Shopping Basket symbol. Then, by clicking on 'GO TO SHOPPING BASKET' you can check that the products you have added and the quantities are correct. Clicking on 'GO TO SHOPPING BASKET' does not oblige you to make a purchase. To proceed to the next stage of your purchase click on 'CONTINUE'.

3-4. Inserting your personal details and delivery information
You will then be asked to provide the necessary personal details and delivery information. You can pay for your order using the following methods:
•    direct online payment with a credit card
•    advance payment by bank transfer
 
Enter your details information into all of the necessary fields and click on 'CONTINUE'. Fields marked with an asterisk are obligatory: if you fail to fill them in your order cannot be processed.
We only deliver to addresses in Italy.

5. Checking your details
It is advisable to carefully check that the information you have entered is correct, so that your order can be processed swiftly and accurately. By clicking 'CONCLUDE ORDER' you commit yourself to buying the products in your Shopping Basket.

6. Payment/Confirming your order
If you have chosen to pay by credit card, you will be redirected to the online payment site, where you will be able to enter your card details and proceed with your payment. The payment site is 100% secure, and respects and protects your privacy.
If you are paying by bank transfer, you will receive a confirmation email for your order, containing the details you will need to carry out the bank transfer. The confirmation page for your order will contain the same information, meaning you can print the details out. As soon as we receive your payment, your order will be dispatched via express courier.
Mokamo s.r.l. undertakes to provide the purchased items at the price advertised at the time the order is finalised and informs customers that they can subsequently exercise their right of withdrawal from the purchase contract by following the procedures and time frames set out by the law.

All orders are delivered via express courier in partnership with GLS. Delivery takes 24-48 hours.

Payment and delivery
Payment
You can pay for your order either by credit card or bank transfer.
Credit card:
If you have chosen to pay by credit card, you will be redirected to the online payment site, where you will be able to enter your card details and proceed with your payment. The payment site is 100% secure, and respects and protects your privacy.
Advance payment by bank transfer:
Within 24 hours you will receive a confirmation email for your order, containing the details you will need to carry out the bank transfer (these are the same as the details shown on the confirmation page for your order). As soon as we receive your payment, your order will be dispatched via express courier.
Once we have received your payment and dispatched your order, you will receive your products within 24-48 hours.

Delivery
Mokamo s.r.l. delivers across Italy via express courier in partnership with GLS. Delivery costs vary according to the weight of the delivery.

•   Up to 5 kg - €6.50
•   Up to 10 kg - €7.75
•   Up to 20 kg - €10.35
•    30 kg - €13
•    50 kg - €16.10

24-48 hour delivery
Once your order has been dispatched (this normally takes place within 48 hours of your last click), your delivery will be passed on to the courier, and you will receive it within the next 24-48 hours.
The Braocaffe.it online store is open 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. Orders placed on national holidays are dispatched the first working day after the day the order was placed.

Returns and privacy policy
Returns policy
Mokamo s.r.l.is governed by Legislative DecreeNo.185 of 22/05/1999 on the protection of consumers with reference to distance contracts.
European Community regulations rule that the right of withdrawal can only be exercised by physical persons (consumers) acting for purposes that can be considered to be outside their trade. Therefore, the right of withdrawal cannot be exercised by legal or physical persons acting for purposes related to a commercial activity. Retailers or persons who in any capacity make purchases to sell on to third parties are also excluded from exercising the right of withdrawal.
Consumers have the right to withdraw from a contract within 10 working days of receiving their goods. They can exercise this right by returning the unwanted product IN ITS ENTIRETY (PRODUCT AND PACKAGING) to the seller, who will issue them with a refund for the returned item. The law stipulates that delivery costs in both directions are not refundable.


What you need to do
1. Find the invoice that was sent with your products.
2. Find the packaging for your products.
3. Contact the Mokamo s.r.l. customer service department to begin the returns process.
4. Place the products in their original packaging, including any original labels and wrapping. Mokamo s.r.l. reserves the right to not accept returned products if they have not been sent back in their original packaging.
5. The products should then be sent (at your own expense) to the original delivery warehouse, using the address provided by the Mokamo s.r.l. customer service department.

Mokamo s.r.l. reserves the right not to accept returned items if they arrive at the warehouse in a damaged condition.

Refunds
Within 30 working days of receiving the returned products, Mokamo s.r.l. will refund the customer the full value of the products, which is indicated on the invoice. This amount does not include delivery costs. This is in accordance with Article 5, Paragraph 6 of Legislative Decree No.185 of 22/05/1999.


Information pursuant to 2003 privacy law
Pursuant to and in accordance with Legislative Decree No.196 of 30 June 2003, Mokamo s.r.l. informs customers that the personal information that they provide when confirming their order and/or when filling out the invoice is excluded from requiring their consent, since this information is only collected and held to comply with fiscal/tax obligations required by law, regulations and European Community rules. Furthermore, this information is only collected and held for the purpose of meeting the obligations of the purchase contract, in which the customer is an interested party, and/or for the purpose of acquiring the information necessary to the contract, which isonly ever entered into on the request of the customer. Customers’ personal information is held by Mokamo s.r.l. - Centro Caffè Trento s.a.s., Viale Verona, 129 – Trento – 38100.
In particular, Mokamo s.r.l. informs customers that the personal information they provide will not be used in order to send commercial information or advertising material, i.e. for market research or interactive commercial advertising purposes, unless the customer has consented to this in advance.
